Cons

Paper time slips, hole punching tickets, poorly ran system that hasn't changed since the 1970's. Promotion on politics not performance.

People are so friendly and welcoming, I received a proper induction, which I have never had before and I am being given plenty of time to settle in to find my feet and then get started on project work. Living the dream!

None at the moment, fingers crossed it stays that way!

Clicky, Neptism, poor management, too many changes to keep up with, very number/data focused with little focus or attention to employees who can provide good information on how to overcome challenges.
