      Mind Numbing

      Pros

      Everything is great from 8-5 regular buisness hours. Calls are steady so time flies. You get your own working space. Everyone there is nice and will help no matter the questions you may have.

      Cons

      After 5pm there are barely any calls. Its to quiet. Im being paid to sit and watch youtube or netflix. Everyone waits for the next call and in between do whatever. Flat pay rate. No chance to grow with the company. They dont give you the times you were promised to work. It always changes.

      Pros

      Not much to say about the pros working for Keolis, unfortunately they lack the experience to run transit system, especially here in Vegas, they've been here for almost a year and they still have to improve on many many things

      Cons

      Driving here in Las Vegas is very tough! Many idiots out there and dealing with the general public sometimes is not the easiest things to do, buses keep breaking and don't get fix!
