Poor management, awful commission. The ceo is clueless.

Operations has constant turnover and basic services suffer and routinely get fired from customers. If customer does not pay the invoice, you do not get your commission. Even though operations was the reason for being fired and you did your job of signing new customers. They say things will change, but operations is never held accountable. There is a ton of attrition here. It is hard to keep up with replacing revenue that operations has lost. Each week you see what ops lost and what is new business. No 401K match, you are constantly micro-managed on accounts and your weekly targets.
