KMC is a small, tight-knit group of people providing highly needed services to patients in Kern County, many of whom are underserved and medically complex. If you enjoy living close to the Sierra Nevada with beautiful desert and countryside nearby, it is worth considering a job here. You'll also have many hardworking, dedicated people as colleagues.

Cons

Employees tend to be a bit overworked and underpaid; the facilities are not the most up-to-date and things often feel like they are running on survival mode.
