Pros

Most of the staff are really dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable medical professionals. They work their hardest given the high volume of patients, low resources, and inadequate staffing ratio.

Cons

It’s the “safety net” hospital of the county so most of the homeless, low income, drug use disorder, psychiatric patients come through here first and really congests the hospital because there just aren’t enough beds & nurses to handle so many people on the busiest days.
