      Pros

      It's a job with some opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Pay is low but generally an ok job. You get out what you put in so there is some opportunity for learning and continuing education. Older nurses have a BAD attitude and as the saying goes they like to eat their young. If you can ignore that it's ok.

      There are a lot of fun events that we do as groups. It helps boost morale and help us keep a sense of community.

      Cons

      It's hard sometimes with such a large group to feel the sense of community but they do a good job of including everyone
