Good benefits & decent pay, hybrid work schedule

Cons

A lot of favoritism, won't move up if you aren't a favorite. Won't really get any useful feedback during reviews on how to move up if you aren't a favorite on the team. Mostly ignore suggestions for improvement unless it come from who they want it to come from. Any criticism of procedures is seen as just having a negative attitude instead of something potentially being wrong with it.
