Pros

Interesting industry, nice coworkers, some flexibility

Cons

Not clear the company will survive - even in the short term. Inept management, lack of direction, and unrealistic expectations make day-to-day work unnecessarily difficult. There's been a lot of turnover, especially with COVID.
