I was able to grow in career and developed my knowledge and expertise in gorgeous boutique style hotels, both branded and independent.

Cons

Each promotion was hard fought for. The longer I stayed with the company the more I realized I was capped out salary wise.

Lots of Potential Growth Opportunities - 4 new hotels opening up in the next few years. Competitive Pay and great discounts at hotels all over the world! Managers really want to see their employees succeed and are working on the floor to help make sure everything runs smoothly! Has a great program called "Kessler Cares" that financially assists their employees who have suffered from to natural disaster, medical emergency, or family tragedy. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly! Healthy work environment!

Cons

Health Benefits could be better Strict guidelines for appearances - a bit old fashioned expectations, but understand it is to make sure all staff are looking polished and professional in front of the guests

The best is the hotel discounts. This for Marriott hotels. We also get tickets-at-work and this includes car rentals, concerts, and parks.

Cons

Everywhere you work you'll find problems with management or understaffed.
