The pros where that with the right management, you felt listened to and supported. Although with budget cuts it puts stress on those who are doing two jobs at once, the management will show tokens of appreciation.

Cons

It is tricky to advance into a different position if you wanted to.

None, beside the stays at fancy hotels you work at and free food being locked down and forced to eat on premise

CIO is self absorbed and creates a culture of back stabbing and discomfort/ distrust amongst peers.
