Pros

I love the incentives that are given to the employees. They care about wellness, education and training. They have programs that help give back to their grand performers and I think that puts them above other companies. Movement happens quickly too, if you work hard people will notice.

Cons

Health Benefits are not great.

Rapid change is challenging for the Corporate team. They need to focus on the growth ahead and take themselves out of the day to day processes they have already perfected.

I love the incentives that are given to the employees. They care about wellness, education and training. They have programs that help give back to their grand performers and I think that puts them above other companies. Movement happens quickly too, if you work hard people will notice.

Cons

I'd love for the tuition reimbursement program to evolve, but I am happy they even offer a program like this!
