Pros
The only pros are that there are a FEW ( a very limited amount) of good / decent human beings who work here. You have to work really hard to actually find these people.
Cons
- Leadership is reactive, not strategic, often making impulsive decisions with little to no regard for long term impact - Upper management is disconnected from day to day realities and very frequently dismisses employee concerns - No accountability at the top- blame is pushed down and credit is pulled upward - TOXIC WORK CULTURE ( I cannot stress that this is the most toxic work culture that I have ever experienced ) the work culture at Kestra is fueled by favoritism, fear based management and POOR communication - constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor acted upon; voicing concerns is seen and treated as “disloyalty” - ZERO investment in employee development - BURNOUT is common and normalized and honestly, is an expectation from upper management - processes and operations are an absolute mess: chaotic internal systems, constant fire drills, confusion amongst staff, finger pointing amongst staff - projects are all poorly planned and routinely derailed by shifting priorities from leadership - below market pay
