      Great Firm - Great Culture

      Pros

      Fantastic firm to work for, I have been at the firm since August of 2016 and believe the reviews to be less than forthcoming. I believe the poor reviews to be from people who have either been let go for a good reason or just aren't team players and enjoy creating drama. If you work hard and do you job, do not caught up in drama and look objectively at the firm and management you will come away with one of the best experiences both professionally and personally at a job one could wish for. Management seriously does care and the firm is growing and services are improving. Its what you would expect when a firm spins off and starts a new firm and culture. Leaving this firm was a hard decision and the only reason was to move closer to family.

      Cons

      I don't know of any cons to post here, I really enjoyed my experience at the firm and really appreciate what management does in building the firm and making this a great place to work.

      They play kickball during the day

      Cons

      Leadership is uninvolved, people are not trained properly, expectations are lacking in communication. Turnover is high, and there is most certainly an inner-circle who run everything. They are constantly for sale by the PE firms who own them - causing huge interruptions to advisors and staff.

      Pros

      The company is growing and doing well in the industry. Their is a sense of camaraderie between the employees and it is generally a positive and engaging place to work

      Cons

      The operations side of the organization seems to go through a reorganization and reshuffle every year, while the sales and consulting side of the organization has lost talent and refused to backfill positions the past two years. This has lead to uncertainty doubt within the entire organization and teams having to do more with less.
