Pros

Base compensation, nicer office environment. Pockets of incredible team members and human beings.

Cons

Where to begin… Think of a circa 1960s cubicle office setup, where leadership can see your every move, telephones constantly ring, and the “good ol boys” reign supreme. Constant gossip. Strict dress code policy especially for men, actual verbal backlash from the CEO on down. No accountability from leadership. Working 12-14 hour days because everything is a priority (which means nothing is a priority, and productivity further suffers). Leadership is esoteric at best, not being open-minded or adaptive to current times.

Pros

The building and facilities within are very nice.

Cons

The company has grown too fast and now has a very corporate feel. Things are evolving so fast it is often difficult to get clear direction on how to handle day to day tasks. It can be very difficult to get approval from top management on resources needed for the job role. Top management is not trusting of employees and has installed time tracking software. There is very little transparency into how the time tracking software is being used or monitored, potentially leading to favoritism or misuse by top management. Very little flexibility with regards to remote work.
