Good people at shop floor level - treated poorly. Clean environment High health and safety standards

Cons

-Management bully people out of their jobs. -HR are spineless to react to complaints against poor management. -Management completely disorganised - company heading or plans change. -Company Leadership too busy or even involved to help. -Management walk around getting coffee and back to the office shouting and swearing at staff in between. - No wage structure - Unrealistic targets and constant panic. Completely over worked hundreds of extra hours given - no time in lieu or overtime paid.

Pros

Keter are the most welcoming and polite company I have ever worked for. The training and support is amazing and I could not recommend the company enough when it comes to support for mental health and the wellbeing of their staff.

Cons

The pay is very poor for the work you are doing. If the pay had been better I would have stayed.
