Great People to meet in the regular work place. Helping patients and families is incredibly rewarding. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper management (Director +) simply refuses to care for anyone who isn't Nursing or a Doctor at the hospital. The pay is only barely kept competitive and even then you are asked to go above and beyond your Job Title and description. Different departments fight it out as if they are trying to discredit/ruin each other They will ask you to work from home, on vacation, and even during times of grief (funeral).

Admin is supportive Coworkers are generally fun and engaging. 12 hour shifts rock! You only work 3 days a week. They have a employee massage chair in a small dark room to use on break.

Cons

They won't update the massage chair:)
