Pros

Very nice, kind, helpful team of employees. Surgeons work well together and come to help other doctors and their patients even in unexpected and emergent care scenarios.

Cons

As with all healthcare, trying to stay too cheap and find a profit means lower staffing levels and a disconnect between staff and mission and staff and administration.
