Pros

Benefits, consistent schedule, pay is decent. I made $16/hr, my previous job only paid $14.50/hr for the same job.

Cons

If you have tattoos they have to be covered. Some managers are a little bit too much sometimes.

Pros

Co-workers are the only reason to stay.

Cons

Clinical Managers for med surg floors are awful and disconnected. Nurse/patient ratios are unsafe and no one cares. Your license is at risk with every shift. They do not take care of their loyal employees. You are overworked and understaff. Worst job I have ever had. They definitely don't live up to their mission statement. Their only saving grace is the compassionate nurses and aides. No advocates for the staff. Full of new

Pros

Many employees, in general, are great to work with. Health benefits are good.

Cons

Impossible to move upward due to its culture of religious discrimination.
