      Pros

      Was a great faith based organization. Decent PTO once you’ve achieved 10+ years of service.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities once you reached manager level. Almost any director or executive level was sought either outside the organization or from within the SDA network. Benefits were expensive compared to other health systems. Entry level pay ranges are very low, making recruiting and retaining staff a challenge.
