Pros

Great Mission; variety of work and responsibilities. Many ways to gain experience.

Cons

Only senior leadership could wear business attire. Everyone else had to wear cheap uniforms. Compensation was really low.

Pros

Great benefits working for a large network and continuing education within pays off!

Cons

Racial tention with nurses, they hardly ever say hello, just giving order, back stabbing, liars and fake an phony, very rude to STNA's of color, no manors or home training. It's know that upper management feels the same way because it trickles down from the top. The pay is way too low for any STNA to get ahead unless going too school. Hard working aides with little to no gratification for work being done. Way too much work for little pay, too much responsibility, and you can make more working elsewhere.
