      Pros

      Patient safety is a high priority.

      Cons

      Management heavy and many are incompetent in the position. High degree advancement is due to who you know and not what you know. Do not support staff.

      Pros

      Work all the hours you want. Care for patients.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees or their families. Expected to be available to work and be on call 24/7 365 days a year, difficult to get vacation time or time to attend family events. Often short staffed, expected to work over the legal 16 hours straight. Non-profit company is driven by money only even though they claim to be a Christian organization.

      There was nothing positive about this position.

      Cons

      Worst experience I ever had. I was a nursing assistant on the floor. Nurses did not help their technicians, they were rude and didn't care what patients needed as long as they were not bothered.
