Pros
Autonomy Employees are encouraged to do the job their way, as long as the job gets done. Co-workers Co-workers are fun, hard working for the most part, and very caring. Meaningful Most days are enjoyable for one reason for another. Whether it's going the extra mile for a patient, or having a laugh with a team member.
Cons
The con is that the job often does not get done. Employees are over worked and the job pays little. The benefits are ridiculous. Abenity? Really? Management and other higher ups get paid very, very well. Fred especially. The rest of us? Or rather, the ones at the bottom? As with most large companies the answer is no.
