      Pros

      It is hard to think of pros for this organization. Most locations are easy to commute to in regards to local highways.

      Cons

      Most of the better jobs were not competed, rather they were given to church members or family member regardless of experience or qualifications.

      Great career opportunities, room for advancement. strong management, willing to collaborate ideas, flex time available.

      Cons

      There has been constant changes with upper management and staff however management is trying to stabilize the environment with the implementation of workflows, policies, and tip sheets for the staffs' daily duties. One must be willing to be flexible and not timid by constant change.
