      Pros

      -Many different options in terms of location/units/etc. if you're wanting to expand your experience -Very possible to work "up" the ladder (I've known many "housekeepers" who have worked their way up the chain)

      Cons

      -Depending on location, may have to drive South where there are more campuses - slowly entering the market North of Dayton
