      Terrible Working Conditions & Administrator Management

      Its a job until finding a better job somewhere else

      Cons

      Administrator is terrible, more concern with their image than keeping employees, lack of quality leadership. Turnover is rampant. Huge workloads, lack of staff, proper training,/ lack of fairness to all employees. Fairness to only select employees. Administrator uses intimidation tatics upon employees., lack of people skills.

      Good people. Good job. Meaningful work.

      Cons

      Poor management. Content harrasment. Top 10 in nation but can't find one good thing to say. Never recognition for anything we do well, rather only things we do incorrect, (and as top 10 in the nation w press ganey >90%, I feel we're better than they think we are)
