Great Benefits, paid time off, pay was ok.

Cons

This organization is constantly making budget cuts and laying people off, then the next week they will spend money buying another building or practice. It is very top heavy.

Initial it was the opportunity to move up in the organization but now I'm moving in the other direction.

Cons

Management choices could be better. Insurance benefits changes, annual evalution is not tiered it's all or nothing.
