Pros

This company allows for a work life balance. I give it 2 stars for the work life balance.

Cons

Not much room for advancement unless you know someone or you are Seventh Day Adventist.

Pros

Great benefits working for a large network and continuing education within pays off!

Cons

Racial tention with nurses, they hardly ever say hello, just giving order, back stabbing, liars and fake an phony, very rude to STNA's of color, no manors or home training. It's know that upper management feels the same way because it trickles down from the top. The pay is way too low for any STNA to get ahead unless going too school. Hard working aides with little to no gratification for work being done. Way too much work for little pay, too much responsibility, and you can make more working elsewhere.

Pros

caring supervisors and managers for the most part. great facility to work in. good patient population usually. safe area to work in. flexible hours and i can usually rearrange my schedule as needed if i know in advance. best part of working for a bigger corporation rather than a small private practice is that I dont have to handle any of the insurance or billing, we have clerical staff that deals with that headache.

Cons

- pay is inflexible, set structure for amount you can start at depending on your degree. however you can increase it some with Clinical activities and such. - as an outpatient therapist i have to rotate to cover weekend hospital shifts every month of so. (some people dont mind this)
