Pros

Adequate market value pay and PTO

Cons

Very poor leadership - they only hire leaders within that are of a specific religious affiliation (SDA). They avoid potential leaders that have good ideas or are motivated, and only want ones that will parrot the same ideas the rest of the leadership team holds. You are not allowed to have individual thought and no leaders actually have appropriate leadership training. They are chronically understaffed, leading to burnout. Since leadership doesn't want to hear this, they don't do anything about it. They do not support internal advancement.
