      Kettering Health offers Competitive Salaries.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to accrue PTO. Less than one day per pay is added to your PTO bank. PTO is used for holidays, vacation days and sick days.

      The shift fits my needs. The manager works with me to an extent. It’s not terrible.

      Work environment SUCKS. Little to no autonomy in day to day tasks. Not valued enough.
