      Pros

      -Pay isn’t bad. -You have a lot of freedom to do things at your pace and order. -Management will likely be too busy with a full day of team’s meetings to watch you.

      Cons

      -This company is a Christian organization so their selection for a role is not always the best candidate. -Management enables incompetence. -The IS analysts at the company are USELESS. -An unfathomable amount of gatekeeping when it comes to learning new things. -The recruiting team is embarrassingly bad. Applying for positions within the company is an abysmal process and if you even want an interview you have to go behind their back and reach out to the manager hiring directly.

      Good but not Great

      Pros

      An Inpatient Technician does not deal with insurance or insurance companies and has little if any interaction with patients.

      Cons

      While I enjoyed my fellow technicians and pharmacists the management tends to take a "gentle parenting" approach which leads to hour long meetings. If management would have told technicians what they expect or want then meetings could be at most 15 minutes. While I agree technicians are "experts" we need a manager who is willing to take charge, step in and help instead of constantly asking technicians what to do.
