      For a first job they have treated me very well! Have given me good opportunities to grow and were forgiving with my mistakes

      Cons

      Due to high restriction, ideas are choked and can’t be fully fleshed out. Unmentioned rules and lack of choice at times. Also, lack of diversity is a big point.
