Pros

KDP has great products and brands. The hostile workplace has been much better with remote working.

Cons

KDP by design is not a firm for women or people of color. There has been no female business leadership the last 6 years and longer. People of color do not fare much better. This company is a playground for men and has been for a long time. If you are female, don't bother with this place unless it is a short stop over towards something much better. Do not signon for long term commitment as you will be incredibly frustrated as you watch men with less experience rise in the ranks usually using the thinking of women or POC to build their own careers. If female consumers knew how poorly women are treated at this company they would stop buying their brands.

Pros

Significant Compensation, especially with equity for Directors and Above

Cons

Toxic and at times verbally abusive culture that starts with the Chief Commercial Officer and trickles down through many of his SVPs and direct reports

Cons

If you are a professional of color considering a role at Keurig Dr Pepper, I urge you to reconsider. My experience within the first 48 hours of employment was both shocking and deeply disturbing. I was exposed to extreme and overtly racist comments made by the individual who would have been my direct supervisor. These were not subtle microaggressions—they were blatant and unacceptable. After speaking with my husband and reflecting on my values and well-being, I made the difficult decision to give notice almost immediately. I reported the incident to HR, and while my assigned HR partner responded appropriately, no one else in leadership—even those made aware of the situation—acknowledged what had happened. The silence was deafening. Since then, I have experienced harassment, intimidation, and subtle attempts to bully me into silence. This culture is not only unsafe, but it actively discourages accountability and protects toxic leadership. For a company that markets itself as progressive and inclusive, the internal reality could not be more different. My short time here was deeply harmful and I would not recommend this workplace to any person of color or anyone who values equity, integrity, or respect.
