Pay is below average...10% pay cut recently leaves little money to survive on. Company only cares about bottom line. Pay raises are almost non existent. Favoritism shown, retaliation is rampant, HR is a joke and nothing is confidential..don't call in on management or HR will notify them and you will get fired, so everyone feels like their is no one to turn to when issues arrise. Sexism and racism is the norm. Morale is at an all time low..trickles down from upper management. How are you expected to have a good attitude when management has an I don't care attitude about everything. Managers let favorites hide out and nap on company time while getting paid for it but send good workers home because work is slow. Managers are lazy and only worry about eating breakfast and lunch instead of getting work. Bring in employees from a yard that lost billions to "turn the company around". poor communication from corporate..decisions made without working through implementation and consequences. Sexual harrassment...inappropriate comments made to female employees and HR and upper management sweep it under the rug. Asks DOT drivers to run over hours and "make paperwork right". Employees quitting daily because of poor pay and horrible conditions.
