Pros

It is a job where your co workers seem to become like family. A close knit group of people that work well together. Flexible as for as needing to take of or call in, unless you abuse it. Good insurance and benefits.. Pay is ok as long as you go in getting tree pay you desire, otherwise you may not ever get it or a raise.

Cons

There is no leadership support . Only a bunch of policies and procedures. When you follow those and something goes wrong that is out of your control, they all get together to come up with a new policy, quick, and then throw you under the bus to anyone above them, in order to save their own positions.
