The company is going through some radical transitions. Trying to catch up to the big boys in the industry and the end result is the unbelievable burden being thrust upon the employees. Key needs to look at itself and return to being a true community first bank and stop trying to play with the large firms.

Have to go to a lot of “bank meetings” that are a distraction from my business.
