Company policies, procedures, staffing makes job stressful and unable to do with pride and accuracy, branch makes it ok

Vacation time. Paid holidays. Decent Hours. It's a pay check.

Cons

To worried about saving money branch staffing too short. DO NOT ONE make a mistake more than likely you will be placed on a final or fired, doesn't seem like employees matter unless you are above branch level or a partner.... Clients are not important.
