      Pros

      Gained a good understanding of banking and had fun working with the management associate team. Good pay and "Cush" position of our college. Gives you good connections and a Segway to management. Also you get your insurance and securities licenses.

      Cons

      Recruiting process was not very honest about how sales intensive banking is. This program does not put you right into a management position, you graduate and become a very well paid banker until a management position opens and THEN you apply for that position.
