Pros
KeyBank has good benefits and start off with great vacation time. They promote within the branches if you want to move to a different position.
Cons
They eliminated the customer service manager position which was the only position that knew how to do all jobs in the branch. The company would have been better off eliminating the branch manager position since that position was only responsible for their employees which on average was about five people. That position was also the highest paying position so eliminating that position would have saved the company more money that eliminating the CSM position.
