      It was a good place to work. I really liked the people.

      Cons

      Brought me in at a low salary and every time the pay scale changed, I'd have to spend months getting them to put me in the my salary range.

      Great place to work if you are a minority.

      Cons

      Many managers in technology have little technical background. Few Project Managers in IT have any technical background. Too much focus on non-business activities.
