- Decent vacation time - Opportunities to go to conferences and workshops - Generally good people at individual contributor level
Cons
- Severe lack of product/business strategy - Very little transparency into decision making processes - Preoccupation with trivial metrics (like time spent in chair) - Executives unwilling to listen to ideas from the (very qualified and talented) team, instead their own ideas are implemented without discussion - Little autonomy - Leadership talks the talk, but when you pull back the curtain, the dysfunction is inescapable.
