Restructures and layoffs every 5 years like most major banks

The company is terrible. They make it hard to help the customer with a lack of communication. The fraud department blocks accounts and places holds all of the time and they offer no explanation except that they are investigating. I feel they are in violation of certain regulations by doing this. It's almost as if the back office is working against you. It's really hard to get assistance. They throw a ton of training at you at once and you don't really learn anything. Each branch is different, but overall I don't feel valued by the company.
