      Pros

      The company overall has good mission statement. Very strong market presence upstate NY and OHIO region.

      Cons

      Some management does not support employees in a professional way. Meetings and conference calls is non motivational, especially when you hear management mumbling bad things about the company to employees.

      Pros

      Had a good pay scale and was a team oriented place. They really cared about their employees and helped to improve quality of life any way they could.

      Cons

      If you wanted to advance within the company there wasn't a lot of opportunity. To work in the support area you had to either travel or move to Cleveland so not real convenient.
