Great Company to Work for

Pros

Very open-minded and accepting of all people, opportunities to move up, treated well and felt valued. They respected the fact that employees had family's and they embraced that. The team I was on was like a family away from home and made me feel at home from the start.

Cons

Not really any downsides that weren't caused by your usually co-worker issues that you would have at any job. The only other downfall would be obvious considering it is a bank and with the economy you are at risk of potential layoff or other issues due changes in the economy. However, that's something you'll risk at any job in the industry.

Pros

Some parts of Key really had it together, but others were a train wreck.. When you can find the good people, they are really good.

Cons

Lots of dead weight - especially in corporate IT. They chose to outsource everything instead of work hard to resolve the issues
