Great co-workers, PTO, full benefits, Key has some of the best rates in the industry.

Cons

Growth is difficult, and upper management likes kissing up to gain promotions. You are ranked by ridiculous measurements, and the majority of them have nothing to do with how productive of an employee you are. Also, thee company has very antiquated software that should have been left decades ago.
