Pros

Good management and some good communication. Company allows room for training and ability to grow within the co. Products and services are not pushed to sell as much as trying to uncover clients needs.

Cons

Some heavy call nights which are more upsetting to clients that helpful. Also sometimes lack of communication between the back room and branches.

Pros

It is an evergrowing and changing company. You will find there is always an opportunity for advancement, you get a the optoin to purchase additional time off - up to five days. You get alot of pto time - to schedule ahead of time and you get great benefits. Most of the managers are very nice and approachable - and we have remained strong even in a bad marekt. Overall - you would be silly not to apply here!

Cons

I have a rough manager - he is hard to work with - BUT not many people encounter that here. Like i said before most are nice, respectable, will work with you and try to help you grow your career. You do have to schedule vacations ahead of time so whomever asks for it first gets the time slot. If that's the worst you have at a job - that's really not that bad!
