Pros

Good compensation and rewards for high performers

Cons

The company provides very little to no training when learning the job (especially on tellering) past the initial virtual training provided at the start of the job. Be prepared and comfortable to learn things on your own. Management was very hands-off.

Great coworkers, opportunities to learn new skills, opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Call centers are understaffed most of the time. Training classes aren't held often enough to keep up with attrition. Insurance plans are more expensive than other large companies. 1/3 -1/2 of salary for lower level employees goes to insurance if they have a family plan.
