Pros

High starting pay for bankers

Cons

Since hello wallet and First Niagara merger, Key is quickly losing the community bank feel and every day seems more and more like chase or wells.

Pros

I have not experienced anything good with this job and I am disappointed because my first experience as a Teller went horrible all because of Keybank. Keybank is NOT family oriented like they claim to be or want others/customers to see them as. Managers are rude, always harassing you & making you feel uncomfortable and stupid if you don't do something the correct way.

Cons

Pay too Low, No hours, training sucks, poor management biweekly pay, company doesn't care about employees or customers just their image.
