      Hands down one of the best management teams I've ever worked with. District President is awesome and very personable. Great team of employees from upper management to recent college grads in training.

      A little behind the times when it comes to technology and understanding evolving consumer habits.

      Pros

      Great products and great service. Allow for flexibility with loan structuring. Local product partners and management.

      Cons

      Trying to be like bigger banks, with intensity on sales and call reports. Unfortunately, they don't come with the clout of a big bank, nor do they have the appeal of a community bank. They won't win a pricing battle, either, so winning business is difficult. Not allowed to prospect in others' territory, and people claim prospects without actually contacting them.

      Have amazing leaders and associates, it is a great role in which you have so much opportunity for growth, there is truly such a wealth of training that is availablenever quit learning, Pay is good, If you like to work closely with clients and truly want to help them. I believe anyone with appropriate knowledge, skill and mothivation goals can be achieved. Vacation benefits and generous.

      Cons

      Mostt branches feel understaffed, Health benefits are no like the old days. Have so many different campaigns and contests that it can be difficult to focus on all and still meet your goals.
