Poor pay compared to competitors. They do not care if you had any prior experience in another field, or an advanced education. You'll start out entry level. Which can be a good thing or bad. Upward mobility is poor; you MUST go through the appropriate designations to make more money. Although it is a Hybrid schedule, upper management does not like it in the slightest. The work load can be a lot at times, taking on more responsibility does not in any way mean you'll make more money or move up within the company. It is very basis-less work.
