Full-time consistent work with full benefits.

Cons

Leadership and training are lacking. It needs to foster a culture of trust instead of fear. Sales focus instead of people focus. Distracting emails and activities instead of just training us to do the work correctly the first time. Not enough support with difficult situations and resources that go in circles and don't solve the issue.

Really good benefits. Match very high on 401k and give a lot of PTO if you can make it to a desk position. Also have pretty competitive pay.

Cons

Could pay a little more in quarterly bonuses.

Pros

Great company. They teach you alot, and lots of room for growth depending on what you want to do. Good foundation if you are going into a finance world and pay is great along with beneifts

Cons

Some of the time you have to figure things out on your own, so it can be a little difficult at first. There's a lot of resources but if you need help immediately for example, you're with a client, a lot of the time the manager is busy, and the tellers don't know the answers (because they are just tellers) so you have to hope your other bankers are available and know and are helpful for you
